Annual Conference Schedule of Events

The Annual Conference will conclude on Wednesday next year, Bishop Robert Hayes Jr. has announced.

The meeting will be held May 30-June 2, hosted by Boston Avenue UMC in Tulsa.

The conference will begin on Sunday evening and conclude at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The primary worship services are scheduled for the evenings. Memorial Worship/Holy Communion is set for Sunday; the Service of Commissioning, Monday; and the Service of Ordination, Tuesday.

In recent years, the meeting has started on Sunday and concluded on Thursday.
