Mildred Wolff

Mildred Naomi Kathleen Atkins Wolff, 91, of Wilburton died Oct. 9, 2009. She was the widow of Rev. Walter Richard Wolff Sr., who died in 1996.

Mildred was born on Sept. 23, 1918, in Chelsea. She was an active church volunteer. She was involved at the local and district levels of United Methodist Women, and she led the lay speaking program, including training, in Bartlesville District. She was a member of Extension Homemakers.

Survivors include sons Walter Wolff Jr. of Jenks and Udell Wolff of Harrisonville, Mo.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Service was Oct. 17 at Chelsea UMC, with burial at the Chelsea Cemetery. Burckhalter Funeral Home of Vinita directed.
